Transformational Center Teamwork

To say that children are precious to our Savior would be an understatement, “Then some children were brought to Him so that He would lay His hands on them and pray; and the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, “Leave the children alone, and do not forbid them to come to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” After laying His hands on them, He departed from there.” Matt. 19:13-15

Pictured are two of our preschool teachers, Samantha and Davidzo, at one of our TC’s called “Child at Heart.” They started off with 20 students. The two were very excited to put the theory they have been learning to practice. They have now been loving children and teaching them in Jesus’ name for 8 weeks as we opened this preschool the 1st week in September.

The catering team that you see pictured prepares a meal each day at lunchtime as HOH’s mission is to minister to children body, soul and spirit. This may be the only meal that some of children have each day. Child at Heart has a total number of 8 workers who have been trained – Samantha, Davidzo, the 3 you see pictured, along with Patson (not pictured) a young man who is the “TC Community Impact Social Worker.”

We purchased a bicycle for Patson and he goes to where the children are living checking on their living conditions and connecting with those who are caring for the preschool children.

I wish I could show you the close to 200 children that we have in our 5 TC bridging schools and preschools but you can see a few smiling faces. What will become of these children? Will some grow up to be leaders in the body of Christ and in their communities? Rabbi Jesus is working in their little hearts and I am convinced that He has good works prepared for them. Yes, it takes a team to build His kingdom and you play an integral part, and these children are eternally grateful. Thank you!
