Hands of Hope exists to serve the most vulnerable boys and girls, helping them overcome life’s complex challenges so they may live honorable lives for the glory of God—both now and for generations to come. Guided by our Christian values, we extend compassion to every child, regardless of background or circumstance, ensuring they have access to the resources needed for holistic growth in body, soul, and spirit. With more than two decades of experience in strengthening communities through children’s ministry, our dedicated staff employ proven development and relief strategies that empower local churches to become self-sufficient and bring lasting transformation.

Skills Training

We are overjoyed to celebrate the inspiring success of Dorica and Luyando, two remarkable graduates from the 2024 Simira Sewing Skills class. Through dedication, resilience, and the training they received, these young women have now secured employment as tailors at Global Fashions, a thriving company based in Hwange town.

Dorica and Luyando’s journey is one of hope fulfilled. From learning the basics of sewing to mastering the craft, they have grown into confident professionals who now earn a living with dignity and pride. Their newfound independence means they can support themselves, contribute to their families, and dream bigger than ever before. This milestone is more than just a job; it’s a powerful testament to how opportunity, when paired with hard work and support, can transform lives. They have grown in their relationship with Jesus and completed a course in biblical theology as part of their training.

Thanksgiving Day is behind us, but we are to be thankful every day. We give thanks to our Savior, who came into the world to save children—and all of us—from the wrath to come, and to bring us into His glorious kingdom. And we give thanks to you, our generous supporters, whose prayers and gifts make it possible for Hands of Hope to reach vulnerable boys and girls with the love of Jesus. Together, we rejoice that every act of kindness is part of God’s eternal story of redemption.
